Can I get a sample issue before subscribing?

Of course. Just click the "Download Free Sample Copy (PDF)" button on the Catalog page. Our PDF-publications have the same layout and content as our print publications, so the sample PDF file shows you exactly what you will get, whether you choose print or electronic subscription.

Are volume discounts available?

What format are electronic publications in?

Electronic publications are distributed as PDF-documents. This Portable Data Format can be read on any computer, regardless of your operating system. All you need is the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download from the bottom of our main Catalog page.

How will my periodicals be delivered?

Electronic Periodicals:

We will notify you regularly by e-mail that your new monthly or quarterly issue is ready. The e-mail will include a special URL where you can download the PDF document.

Please be sure to include the appropriate e-mail address when ordering.

Print Periodicals:

We will mail your monthly or quarterly issue to the address you specify during the order process.

Your print subscription will begin with the next issue.

How do I order?

Institutional customers can order through a subscription agency.

All customers, including institutional customers, can also order directly from this website. Here's how:

From the main Catalog page, click the "More Information" button or the "Order Now" button to reach the product detail page for the title you would like to order.

Then, on the product detail page, click the "Subscribe" button for the version and delivery options you want.

The title is placed in the shopping cart. There you can change the number of items ordered, return to the Catalog for additional shopping, or proceed to checkout.

How can I pay for orders placed via this website?

We contract with "share-it!" to act as our reseller and merchant of record, because "share-it!" offers you, the customer, the greatest flexibility and the most options.

You can choose:

In which language to conduct the checkout process

In which currency to display prices (we set fixed prices in US Dollars, but share-it! will calculate and display the price in your currency of choice at the current exchange rate)

What are your terms of sale?

We offer free sample issues of our publications so you can be sure they meet your expectations before buying. Therefore, all sales are final. If you receive defective files or printed editions, of course we will replace them at no cost. Please file all requests for replacement copies by e-mail to Service@TEAMultimedia.com within 21 days of receipt of the faulty issue.

Why can't I open your PDF files?

We create our PDF-documents using Adobe Acrobat 7.0. If you have an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, it may not recognize some of the newer coding. Please download the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader absolutely free via the link on our main Catalog page.

What is your privacy policy?

We only ask you for the minimum information necessary to serve your needs: your name; your e-mail address; your mailing address (only for delivery of physical purchases); your office address and title (only if relevant, e.g. if you are an institutional purchaser, or an educator requesting classroom sets).

Transatlantic Euro-American Multimedia LLC will never share, sell, or otherwise transfer any of your data to third parties. Exception: When you order printed publications we ordinarily have the printer send the items directly to you (this saves you both time and money). Of course we must tell the printer to whom and where to ship your purchase.
